Never alone, even in an emergency!
Many plants operate multi-shift working patterns, and so may also need assistance outside normal business hours. The DRAABE telephone hotline is available from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. In the event of a complete failure a replacement unit can be ordered from our central warehouse in Frankfurt up to 8 o'clock in the evening.
