3. Full-Service-Package

 

If it is cost-effective it is a must!

In order to maintain the performance capability of air humidification and water treatment systems at a constant high level over a period of years, DRAABE offers its customers a special Full Service hire system. As part of the Full Service hire system, DRAABE provides routine servicing and disinfection of the pure water and high-pressure systems. This patented service involves preventive replacement of the system containers on a half-yearly basis. The reverse osmosis plant and the high-pressure system are installed in portable mini-containers, and can be easily released from their wall brackets and dispatched to the DRAABE lab for servicing and disinfection.

The DRAABE Full Service package includes a large number of features which are an expensive add-on to stationary plant installations.

The Full Service package includes:

 

All spares and wearing parts (e.g. seals, springs, filters)

Two service inspections per year with sterile disinfection ensure maximum possible operating reliability

All service inspections are carried out without interrupting operations, based on supply of replacement units, with no waiting times or heavy expenditure on service engineers. The Full Service package includes the cost of shipping the containers

New technical features are automatically retrofitted free of charge. You will always be operating an as-new plant with state-of-the-art technical specifications

At every service operators are issued with a hygiene certificate for their plant which can be used, if required, for submission to statutory supervisory bodies and for publication on notice boards

Express replacement in case of fault with no waiting times or heavy expenditure on fitters
