DRAABE AirFog

The right two-component nozzle system for every application! The DRAABE Airfog system is easy to use and flexible in application, and features self-cleaning AF-1 nozzles. In order to counter deposit forming at the nozzle outlet, the control unit regulates automatic cleaning of the nozzles. Every time the humidifier plant is switched off a nozzle cleaner needle is inserted into the water jet opening to clean it out.   Application: Production and storage facilities The DRAABE Airfog humidification system is available in 3 models:  Fully assembled compact units with 1 nozzle (max. 7 kg/h) or two nozzles (max. 14 kg/h). Mainly suitable for smaller rooms.   a) DRAABE Airfog Compact Fully assembled compact units with 1 nozzle (max. 7 kg/h) or two nozzles (max. 14 kg/h). Mainly suitable for smaller rooms.   b) DRAABE Airfog Vario Easy  Pre-installed as a unit, with console-mounted ready-to-connect atomiser nozzles. Up to 20 nozzles per circuit can be installed. The system offers the right compromise between flexibility and low-cost installation.    c) DRAABE Airfog Vario  For custom nozzle configuration in larger rooms. Up to 20 nozzles per circuit can be installed in the room. The right solution for large-area humidification and flexible, custom installation.   Advantages at a glance: No special water treatment   In many cases the AirFog-system can be operated using normal tap water. It is advisable to use a primary filter 5µm. Self-cleaning nozzle     To counteract deposits at the nozzle outlet, the AF-1 vacuum nozzle is automatically cleaned. This is in turn serves to guarantee an optimum spray pattern and uninterrupted operation. Low-maintenance operation Reliable control and long-standing tried-and-tested technology guarantee continuous, low-maintenance service.
